Easy Enrollment
Enrolling a patient is SIMPLE using the free e-prescribing platform, Parachute Health. Clinicians spend more time with patients and less time completing paperwork. Or, an RTMS prescription form and clinical notes can be faxed directly over. RTMS works with Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.
Quick Turnaround Times
Since we are Michigan Owned and Operated, we are able to process and ship orders quickly - our turnaround times are 2nd to none! We average 3-5 business days to process and ship most orders.
Communication
Once enrollment is received RTMS will verify your patient's insurance coverage and provide them with “insurance benefit education”. The referring HCP and patients are kept abreast as to the status of their order to ensure seamless communication.
Product Training
RTMS has a product specialist on-staff to answer any product related questions and to assist with training, as needed.
Uninterrupted Care
We are proactive in contacting the HCP to ensure we have the necessary paperwork completed, preventing any delays in patients receiving their reorders.
